Anyone who knows me or has seen my work knows that I never shy away from color. Sure, there's a place for white, but I believe that colorful rooms help people live more colorful lives; they stir conversation with guests, they enhance your mood. When you're surrounded by something vibrant, it makes you feel more vibrant. One color I've always loved is cerulean blue. I first fell in love with it when I saw a series of editorial fashion photographs by Annie Leibovitz with an Alice in Wonderland theme, which featured dresses in several shades of it. The color really embodies an ethereal feel—it's eye-catching, bold, and a bit otherworldly, but still soft, delicate, and gentle. I find that despite its brightness, it is still easy on the eye.
